Why?

1. Joshua & Maria got married and I had a brilliant idea to gather family recipes… but where & I don’t want to write them all out and not have them available to the rest of the family? and then I remembered my old website and I thought “Bingo!”

2. I desperately want to write and document our family, I want my great-great grandchildren to know how to make Grandpa Mel’s 7&7 as well as how fun, amazing, & joyful he is.

3. Way easier to do web publishing these days… all my old html code know-how, not really needed anymore, although I find it super useful at work.

4. I like the idea of taking what I had on here, and evolving it, like I have over these many, many years.
